Let me introduce myself. I am Peter Jones, Chartered Surveyor, author and property investor. I regularly contribute to Property Auction News and Hot Property Alert.

Six years ago I had limited savings and was working part time, just about scraping a living doing consultancy work. Realising that things needed to change, I started to put into practice the principles of property investing that I had learnt whilst advising others in my professional role as a surveyor. Starting with virtually nothing, and using little of my own money (indeed - I hardly had any of my own), in a relatively short time I built a substantial property portfolio with significant equity and a positive cash flow. As I write the value of my portfolio is in excess of £3.136 million!

All the marketing guru's tell me that I am supposed to hit you over the head with marketing hype if I a hope of "selling" you a place on The Property Millionaires Fast Track 100 programme.

It will NOT be a home study course - to be honest, I don’t think the world needs yet another home study course and, in any case, I think we’ve all studied enough and it’s time we all just got on with it!

It will NOT be personal one-on-one mentoring – unfortunately, much as I’d like to coach every one individually, I just don’t have the time to do it

It will NOT be me doing everything for you – let’s face it, if you want to be a success in property there’s only one person who can do it for you and that’s YOU. So I will not be investing your money for you, I will not be telling you which street you should buy in, I will not be taking responsibility for your decisions.
